Christmas Continued

I was chatting with Winona in Michaels tonight and we discussed how impersonal Christmas is now. We both have memories of ornaments handmade by our families, and we both cherish them dearly. It is so easy to purchase beautiful ornaments now that it becomes pointless to make them ourselves. So I think that I need to have a felt ornament Christmas project this year. I want to make some that look somewhat like the ones pictured below by GTcottagecrafts on etsy. I would also very much like the tree skirt by loveelaine. I am very tempted to get it, despite the steep price tag... Perhaps once I get my first paycheque after my promotion I will splurge and get it.
